RecallChek

We include RecallChek with every Premium or Platinum home inspection package. RecallChek examines over 195 million recalled appliances as listed by the CPSC. You’ll be notified of any recalls for your appliances along with instructions to get the appliance repaired by the manufacturer.

90-Day Warranty

We offer a 90-day limited warranty with every home inspection package. You can rest easy knowing that you’re covered for many structural and mechanical items that were found to be in good working order at the time of the inspection. Your 90-day warranty includes common plumbing components, electrical devices, and fixtures, most major kitchen appliances, HVAC equipment, poured concrete, roof leaks, and much more.

SewerGard

Sewer and water lines from the house to the street or septic tank cannot be seen or inspected by your home inspector. This system is also one of the most expensive to repair. That’s why we offer Sewer Gard, to protect you from costly repairs from root intrusion or other problems within 90 days of your full home inspection. Included with any package.

MoldSafe

Mold Safe protects your home against new instances of visible mold growth in your home. As part of your inspection package, we will perform a visual inspection of accessible areas of the home for visible mold growth. Any areas found to be mold-free will be covered. Mold Safe covers your home for 90 days after the inspection or 22 days after closing on your home, whichever is longer.

Platinum Roof Protection

We offer a 5-year Platinum Roof Protection Plan with every one of our home inspection packages. If any area of your roof is found to be leak-free at the time of the inspection, then those areas will be covered for any future leaks for the next 5 years.
