  Wei did our inspection, and he was professional, thorough, courteous, and explanatory. From beginning to end, he represented himself and the company well. I was at first skeptical by his backpack, but then I saw his gadgets and he showed me what some did (one shows a heat signature of your hand if you leave it on a wall, which was super cool). Great.

So…we just received the report (same day as the inspection). The report is so professional, thorough, and well-done. There’s that too now to consider. I don’t know what more to write to express the overall good experience and, more importantly, the results so that means I’m done.

  Highly recommend if you’re purchasing a home and need a home inspection. It was quick and easy to schedule an inspection, plus they had detailed pricing breakdowns. I went with the platinum package which was worth it to me. Our inspector Wei was so thorough. He was honest about things that needed to be repaired versus standard wear and tear. We were looking at a multi family house in Brooklyn, and he was meticulous about going through each and every room and floor, even managing to look at a hard to reach crawl space. I felt so confident coming out of the inspection knowing what I was getting into. I’d recommend the premium package for the repair estimate report which helped us negotiate closing cost credits (just an estimate, but it seemed within reason).   Wei was friendly and professional.  He arrived early and started reviewing the exterior of the apartment building before the appointment.  Wei took the time to conduct a thorough inspection of the interior of the apartment and explained his observations in details to us. Wei also took his time to answer all the questions we had.   My wife and I used Clear Sight Inspections recently for our first home purchase in Brooklyn.  The inspector, Wei, was extremely thorough and walked us through all of the aspects of his inspection of the apartment, providing the reasoning for each task and what he was looking for.  Luckily there were no major issues, but Wei did identify several things that needed fixing and which we were able to get the seller to agree to address.  Overall, I would certainly recommend Clear Sight to anyone in the area who is starting the home buying process.  They gave us great peace of mind for our home.
